So, that is ramen, with freshly grated parmesian cheese om top. “Cheese Ramen” it’s called. Next to it is carmelized garlic and onions, and a spicy sauce… they all go in the bowl. It was pretty good, although for the first time in my life I had cheese stuck between my teeth.
